RESERVATION POLICIES:

All appointments are available for booking online except Initial Consult and Treatment. If you do not see an available time slot on the schedule, or have a specific date and time preference, please call the clinic to reserve your spot a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment is specially reserved for you. We have a waiting list of patients, so if you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the clinic as soon as possible so that we can fill the schedule accordingly. We require a minimum of 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. While we understand that occasionally, an emergency situation may arise, for all non-medical emergencies, a cancellation fee of the full cost of treatment will be applied.

CHECK-IN:

For new patients, please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session so that you have time to complete the health and consent forms if you haven’t already. For returning patients, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment so that you have time to settle in before your session.

FACILITIES:

We are located on the second floor of the Carrot Common. There is a chair lift for those who require assistance up and down the stairs. Please inform us before hand if you require additional help. Our treatment space has a waiting area where 1-2 family members/ caregivers can wait quietly during your treatment. Wifi is also available.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please inform us if you are pregnant, bleeding, or have a communicable disease.
